Clean up by clean water as soon as possible. (Ask customer to do ASAP, do not wipe, just wash by running clean water.) |

If they are very dirty, use electric or machine cleaner. |

Disassemble parts as much as possible and drying them with time. (Fire may occur if they are not dry enough!!) |

Water may remain inside of big core cable. |

Carry out degreasing, anti-corrosion and anti-rusting by chemical. |

Check insulated resistance of motor and transformer by MEGA-Tester. The power can not be turned on at least more than 1M Ohm. (Even if it is 1M Ohm, it is danger, be careful with electric shock!!) |

If strange noise comes from M/C with power on, turn off immediately and check again. |

 |
8. |
Replace electric parts such as relays and magnetic contactors as much as possible. |
|
 |
9. |
If possible, carry out re-coil for motor and transformer. |
|
 |
10. |
The P.C.B. which with battery most likely damaged, need to be replaced. |
|
 |
11. |
If the machine was in water long time and so may sand or mud are in and around the machine, recovery may be difficult. |
