Generally for a machine , the spare parts must be lubricated. Of course, the time length, the oil types and the quantity may differ. For the press machine , it constantly requires to be lubricated so as to prolong the usage life. By the way, we proudly present the lubrication details classified as followed :

1) Transmission oil or Automatic Gear for wet clutch.
Actually, the transmission oil is a power transmission oil from clutch sheet to gear. It's not any lubricating oil. However, when we mention about the oil, we would like to clarify it for fear of misuse which can cause seriously damaged for both the machine and the user. For the automatic gear oil in Dexron II grade, it can be classified according to the producers as followed : For Idemitsu brand name , it would be Apolloil Mission F. For Esso, I want to suggest Esso Automatic Transmission Fluid (Dexron). If you prefer Shell brand name, you should use Shell Dexron II. For Mobile user, better use Mobil ATF 220. For the new installed machine, we would like to advice you to replace oil after first 6 months or not later than 1 year. If the machine has been used many years, normally the oil should be replaced once a year. However , if such machine is heavy-used, we must change the oil every 6 months. The amount of oil is differ based on the machinery specification.

2) Hydraulic 32
For Idemitsu brand name, it is Daphne Mechanic Oil 32. For Esso, it's Teresso 32. For Shell lovers, you should select Shell Tellus Oil 32. If you are Mobile user, you should choose Mobile DTE Oil Light. Hydraulic 32 is suitable to apply in 2 points which are :

3) Hydraulic 150
The brand name and the producer are exactly the same as Hydraulic 32 but changing only number to 150. For Mobile, it is Mobile DTE Oil Extra Heavy. For the lubricating oil, I would like to suggest you to use Mobile DTE Oil Extra Heavy.
This lubricating oil is suitable to be lubricated in this following points :

4) Grease no.0
Or extra liquidity of Idemitsu whose name is Multilex Grease. For Shell brand name , it is called Shell Auto Grease. This grease has to be put in the grease pump providing into 2 types which are manual type and auto type. To replenish the tank with the grease has to supply the clean grease via the lower plug. Better use a grease-filled tube because if we replenish the grease containing the substance to the filler cap , it might damage the gear pump. Besides , better bleed air from the pump when the pump lever is too loose as follows :

5) Grease no.1
For Idemitsu brand name, I would like to recommend you to use Daphne Coronex Grease EP No.1. For Esso, I want to suggest Lithtan EP 1. If you prefer Shell, Alvania EP Grease R1 is the most suitable. If you now use Mobil, Mobilux EP No.1 is the one that I would like to suggest. This grease is applied around 6 months in various points having the grease nipples. However, the more important point is to apply grease to the counterbalancer once a year by removing the plate from the top of the counterbalancer . Better supply the grease into the grease nipple via the cylinder guide around 20~30 times. (Be careful the unidentified substance dropping in the grease.)
If you have a press machine and want this machine to work effectively with a longer usage life, you should not neglect to apply the right grease and the right lubricating oil in accordance with theirs qualifications ; otherwise, they might damage your machine.
